Privacy policy
For the GRT Hotels & Resorts connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Last updated 16 October 2026.
This connector is operated by GRT Hotels and Resorts Private Limited ("GRT", "we"). It gives AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read-only access to public information about our hotels. This policy covers only the connector. Our website, booking engine and hotels have their own policies.
What we receive
When you ask an AI assistant a question that uses the connector, the assistant sends us only what is needed to answer it, for example a city, a hotel name, travel dates or the number of guests. We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, account details, payment details or your conversation with the assistant.
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data for each request: the IP address, the time, the address requested (such as /mcp), the response status and the type of client. These records do not include the content of your question.
How we use it
- To answer the request, for example to find hotels or build a booking link for your dates.
- To keep the service secure and working, including limiting how many requests one address can make.
We do not use the connector to build profiles, show advertising or track you. It sets no cookies.
Storage and retention
Your request is processed in memory to produce the answer and is not saved. Technical request records are kept by our hosting provider for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. The rate-limiting counter keeps an IP address for one minute.
Sharing
- Hosting: the connector runs on Google Cloud (Mumbai region), which processes the technical records described above on our behalf.
- Booking: if you open a booking link, you leave the connector for our booking engine (bookings.grthotels.com) or, for Radisson hotels, radissonhotels.com. Their own privacy policies apply there.
- The AI assistant: Claude or ChatGPT handles your conversation under its own provider's privacy policy. We do not receive it.
We do not sell or rent any information.
Children
The connector is a general-audience information service and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your choices
You can disconnect the connector in your Claude or ChatGPT settings at any time. For questions about this policy, or about data we may hold, contact us below.
Changes
If we change what the connector receives or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
